June 2026 Needs
Help Retired Working Dogs
Over the past week, many of you have donated, shared, prayed, encouraged us, and helped bring attention to the retired working dogs we serve. We are deeply grateful. Every gift has helped, and every act of support matters.
At the same time, our short-term funding need is still real.
We are doing everything we can to avoid cuts that would affect our ability to care for retired working dogs and support the team that makes this mission possible.
When support slows down, the work slows down.
Your donation does more than buy food or pay a vet bill. It helps keep rescues moving, transports coordinated, medical care scheduled, and trained people in place so we can continue saying yes when a retired working dog needs help.
These dogs searched for explosives, protected troops, guarded bases, and served in dangerous places until age, injury, or health said they were done.
When that day comes, they need someone ready to help.
Mission K9 Rescue has rescued over 1,350 working dogs, reunited over 750 with their former handlers, and spent over $2.5 million on veterinary care.
We are proud of that work, but right now, we need continued support to keep it going.
Mission K9 Rescue is a United States nonprofit based in Magnolia, Texas. For over 13 years, we have rescued working dogs and reunited them with handlers around the world.
Thank you so much for giving.
